The Menu
Deconstructed Chicken 65
Chicken marinated in turmeric and cumin, fried until crispy. Finished with curry leaf oil and fermented chili glaze. Topped with pickled onions, whipped yogurt, fried masala, and micro herbs.
Coconut Moilee Cod
Atlantic cod poached in a coconut and saffron broth. Served with confit tomatoes, blistered shishito peppers, ginger and mint oil, and poppadom.
Masala Short Ribs
Short ribs braised with garam masala and red wine. Served with parsnip and cardamom purée, crispy brussels sprouts, pomegranate jus, and fresh pomegranate arils.
