Opening Date Update

A Video Message From Chef Jeff

We are so close to completion, but we are not yet where we need to be.  And, as a result, we are pushing our opening day back one last time to December 5th.

If you haven’t signed up to volunteer yet, now is the time.  In order for us to be at capacity on opening day, we need more volunteers.  If you would like to sign up, please do so at our website: www.tasteproject.org/getinvolved.

Thank you very much!  We hope to see you as a volunteer and we hope to see you on opening day!

Jeff Williams is the founder and President of Taste Project. He has always had a passion for cooking, food, and feeding people.  Being half Italian, Jeff’s heritage feeds his passion and discovery in the area of Italian Cuisine.  His vision for Taste Project is different than a growing, profit-generating, Italian restaurant.  His vision is not a homeless shelter or a soup kitchen; but a place where everyday folks eat; and those who could not afford to eat there, could still enjoy a meal in the restaurant. In June 2012, Jeff launched Taste Project and soon will launch the first project, a non-profit restaurant.
