Known for her commitment to excellence and elevated dining experiences, Chef Jennifer brings the artistry and sophistication of one of Arlington's premier dining destinations to Taste Project’s table.

As the need for our services continues to grow, Taste Project is serving more neighbors than ever before through our pay-what-you-can community restaurants. Proceeds from this special fundraising dinner help ensure that everyone has access to a nutritious meal, regardless of their ability to pay.

The Celebrity Chef Dinner Series features unique chef-crafted menus generously donated by some of North Texas' most talented culinary professionals, with all proceeds benefiting Taste Project and Taste Community Restaurants.

Pomme puree, haricot verts dressed in a warm thyme vinaigrette Beurre Maître D'hôtel

Warm Autumn pumpkin bread pudding with Whiskey creme anglaise

About Chef Jennifer Bauman
With over twenty-six years’ experience in the culinary world, Jennifer is the Executive Chef at Mercury Chophouse Arlington, where innovation and tradition intertwine. A graduate of Keystone College, La Plume, PA, she honed herskills at esteemed establishments like Butcher + Singer in Rittenhouse Square, PA before taking the lead in the kitchen at Mercury Chophouse.

Jennifer specializes in French and Italian cuisines, with a dedication to sustainable and fresh ingredients. She has earned “Best Steakhouse in Arlington” for 2025.

A firm believer in focusing on each step of preparation, appreciating the ingredients, and creating meals that nourish the body and soul. Jen strives to create the essence of blending traditional recipes with modern twists into fresh and memorable culinary dishes of distinction.

Outside the kitchen. She enjoys travel, which continually inspire her culinary creations.
