Tuna Carpaccio
Paper thin sushi grade ahi tuna topped with charred watermelon, pickled fresnos, caper berries, and micro arugula finished with colatura and extra virgin olive oil.
House made raviolo filled with ricotta, basil, and parmesan cheese, served in a corn cream sauce, topped with crispy pancetta and micro basil.
