Valentine’s Dinner for Two
Squash and Arugula Salad
Roasted Delicata squash, Arugula, Burrata, toasted Hazelnuts with aged Balsamic vinegar.
Carnaroli rice cooked in vegetable broth with saffron and Parmesan cheese. Topped with pea tendrils and extra virgin olive oil.
Seared sea scallops with Blood orange gastrique and topped with citrus gremolata.
Lamb Chops Scottaditto
Lamb chops marinated in rosemary, thyme and garlic. Served with sauteed broccoli rabe and warm fregola salad with sundried tomatoes, capers, olives and herbs.
Flourless chocolate cake, whipped strawberry mousse, pistachio brittle, and macerated strawberries.
This event is BYOB.
Reservations available between 6:00pm and 6:30pm. Tickets are $300 per couple. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
